Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our company. The ideal candidate should have experience in the beauty industry, strong selling skills and a solid understanding of daily retail operations, stock management, cashiering and professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable beauty products, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Beauty Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of beauty products, skincare, cosmetics and related product benefits.
• Daily Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain store standards and follow company policies and procedures.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with stock orders, receive deliveries, organize inventory and ensure proper product replenishment.
• Cashiering & POS: Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
• Email Communication: Manage professional email correspondence with customers, management, and internal teams in a timely and effective manner.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays, ensure shelves are organized and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Customer Relationships: Build strong customer relationships, provide excellent after-sales service, and encourage repeat business.
• Reporting & Administration: Support daily sales reporting, stock documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare or a similar sales environment.
• Strong selling, upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Good knowledge of daily retail operations and stock management.
• Experience in cashiering and POS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in professional email communication and basic computer applications.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
• Well-organized, proactive, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
