About the Position
Job Purpose:
To achieve sales targets and ensure superior customer satisfaction by promoting and selling a wide range of toy products under Abu Issa Leisure Toys. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, excellent communication, and a passion for engaging with both retail and wholesale customers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail outlets, supermarkets, and corporate clients.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.

Execute product displays, promotions, and merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.

Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends.
Customer Service:
-
Provide professional and prompt service to customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and escalate when required.

Educate customers on product features, safety, and age-appropriate use of toys.
Operations & Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.

Ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed in coordination with the warehouse team.

Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer data.

Support in visual merchandising, in-store branding, and participation in marketing events or exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or distribution (preferably toys, kids’ products, or FMCG).

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

Experience in visual merchandising or retail promotions is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Customer-focused with an engaging and friendly attitude.
-
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients/accounts.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
