Job Purpose

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets by assisting customers in the Blue Salon Kids Section. The role involves advising on kids’ fashion trends, styles, and colors, while ensuring smooth store operations and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in finding suitable kids’ clothing, footwear, and fashion items.
• Provide styling advice and guidance on fashion trends, colors, and sizes.
• Handle stock management, including receiving, unpacking, tagging, and displaying merchandise.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist in stock replenishment and ensure merchandise availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or stock issues to the Supervisor/Store Manager.
• Work within established brand guidelines and maintain product knowledge.
• Support the team during special promotions, seasonal campaigns, and store events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints or concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Pleasant and approachable personality with a professional appearance.
• 2-3 years retail sales experience.
• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must; English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle challenging store operations.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
