About the Position

High Trading International (HTI), a leading name in the industry, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in customer service and call center environments, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Achieve daily/weekly outbound calling targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
  • Deliver excellent communication and customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (call center/customer service).
  • Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on target achievement.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in CRM and call center tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
