About the Position
High Trading International (HTI), a leading name in the industry, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in customer service and call center environments, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Achieve daily/weekly outbound calling targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent education required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (call center/customer service).
- Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on target achievement.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in CRM and call center tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
