Job Summary

The Sales Associate in the Ladies Section is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge in women’s fashion, accessories, and beauty items, along with a passion for retail and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ladies’ fashion brands, trends, and collections
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of the section
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
• Support stock replenishment and inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed appearance in line with brand standards

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of luxury or premium ladieswear brands
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred)
