Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage laundry drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Accurately record customer details, laundry items, and special instructions.
• Maintain and update laundry records using Excel spreadsheets.
• Track orders, delivery schedules, and inventory.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Assist in generating reports on laundry volume, revenue, and other metrics using Excel.

Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications:

• At least High School Diploma, Beautician Diploma will be an advantage

The E-Commerce & E-Marketing Officer is responsible for managing product content across e-commerce platforms and executing digital marketing activities to drive online sales, traffic, and customer engagement. The role involves product data uploads, content optimization, email marketing, Google Ads management, SEO implementation, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations & Product Data Management:

• Upload, update, and maintain product information on the e-commerce website and marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, categories, and images.
• Coordinate with brand managers, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.
• Monitor product availability and inventory synchronization.
• Perform regular audits to ensure product data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize product content to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
  Manage promotional banners, landing pages, and website content updates.
• Support website testing and quality assurance for new product launches and campaigns.

Email Marketing:

Qualifications & Experience:
