About the Position
Job Summary
The E-Commerce & E-Marketing Officer is responsible for managing product content across e-commerce platforms and executing digital marketing activities to drive online sales, traffic, and customer engagement. The role involves product data uploads, content optimization, email marketing, Google Ads management, SEO implementation, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations & Product Data Management:
- Upload, update, and maintain product information on the e-commerce website and marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, categories, and images.
- Coordinate with brand managers, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.
- Monitor product availability and inventory synchronization.
- Perform regular audits to ensure product data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize product content to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Manage promotional banners, landing pages, and website content updates. - Support website testing and quality assurance for new product launches and campaigns.
Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue.
Maintain and update customer email databases. - Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Google Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max,and Remarketing.
- Monitor budgets, bids, keywords, and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROAS.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for product pages, categories, and website content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and organic performance.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Support content creation initiatives to improve search visibility.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, and SEO rankings.
- Provide recommendations to improve online sales and digital marketing performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
