The Sales Associate in the Ladies Section is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge in women’s fashion, accessories, and beauty items, along with a passion for retail and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ladies’ fashion brands, trends, and collections

• Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of the section

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure customer satisfaction as a prime goal, by implementing company policies
2. Provide customer service and respond to consumer inquiries and complaint
3. Ensure excellent product knowledge and understanding of its features and benefits
4. Advise customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future
5. Advise on, and demonstrate, the correct use of cosmetics. Classify skin types (normal, dry or oily), taking into account a customer’s age, facial structure and coloring
6. Recommend particular products, including medicated make-up, and methods of applying cosmetics to enhance the customer’s appearance.
7. Operate cash registers and accept payment, or prepare finance arrangements through, for example, invoices and contracts, if authorized by the Store Manager
8. Attend to other location section in case of sale

Qualifications:

• At least High School Diploma, Beautician Diploma will be an advantage
• Min. 1-2 years experiences in Perfume, Skin Care and Beauty products.
• Excellent Grooming & Good Communication skills is a must.
• Should be able to deal with all types of customers.
