About the Role

Blue Salon is seeking a Visual Presentation Supervisor to elevate the in-store experience across our luxury fashion and lifestyle departments. This role ensures that every display, campaign, and promotional material reflects our premium brand image, enhances customer engagement, and supports sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the visual merchandising team across Blue Salon stores.

• Plan and execute seasonal windows, layouts, and in-store displays in line with brand standards.

• Oversee printing and production of marketing and display materials to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotional visuals for product launches.

• Ensure luxury presentation of mannequins, props, signage, and lighting.

• Conduct regular store walks to maintain visual standards and identify improvements.

• Train and coach team members on styling, display techniques, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail visual merchandising.

• Proven experience in printing, production, and marketing coordination.

• Strong aesthetic sense, knowledge of fashion trends, and attention to detail.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver creative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred.
