We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems while supporting business operations through effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT systems and infrastructure.

• Manage and support cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain servers, operating systems, applications, and networks.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security; implement backups and disaster recovery best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and replacements of outdated or defective components.

• Automate routine tasks through scripting and system tools.

• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on system planning, integration, testing, and commissioning.

• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders and provide technical updates.

• Document system configurations, procedures, test logs, and technical schematics.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience administering Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.

• Strong expertise in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI model).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, system monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Experience with scripting and automation.

• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to critical issues outside business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• MCSE certification preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (maximum 10 years total experience).

• Strong knowledge of networking and server systems.
