About the Position
Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive sales, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong project management skills and hands-on experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns—preferably within the fashion and beauty retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute yearly marketing calendars for assigned brands, including both standard retail events and brand-specific campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (VM, SM, CRM, and E-commerce teams) to ensure cohesive brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with brand managers and external partners to align marketing activities with brand guidelines and business goals.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor 360° marketing campaigns (offline and online) from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI for all initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams for content, design, and collateral development.
3. Brand Development & Creativity
- Propose innovative ideas and out-of-the-box marketing activations that enhance customer engagement and elevate brand presence.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare post-campaign analysis and performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor sales impact and customer behavior in collaboration with CRM and retail teams.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the main liaison between internal departments and brand principals for marketing deliverables.
- Support retail operations teams with marketing tools and materials to drive in-store performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s in Marketing is a plus).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in marketing; experience in fashion, beauty, or retail industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic language is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to measuring success.
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
