We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our Niche Perfume category — someone who understands the art of fine fragrance and excels in delivering luxury service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement

Achieve and exceed sales targets for niche perfume brands.

Provide personalized and high-end customer service tailored to fragrance clients.

Promote brand storytelling and educate clients on scent notes and usage.

Build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong client database.
Team Leadership

Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of fragrance sales advisors.

Conduct daily briefings and assign sales floor responsibilities.

Coach team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, and service excellence.

Monitor performance, ensure achievement of KPIs, and support training needs.
Product Knowledge & Brand Expertise

Be the go-to expert on niche perfumes.

Lead internal product trainings and stay updated on fragrance trends and launches.

Ensure top-tier visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
Operations & Reporting

Ensure proper stock levels, replenishment, and minimize stock loss.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and feedback to management.

Support in-store events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
-
4 – 6 years of experience in luxury fragrance retail; niche perfume experience preferred.

Previous team supervisory or leadership role in a retail setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

Familiar with POS systems, inventory tracking, and CRM tools.
