About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily store operations for our Leather Goods & Accessories category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, team supervision, reporting, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small retail team effectively
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and staff productivity
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Conduct staff performance appraisals, provide feedback, and support development plans
- Assist in staff scheduling, planning, and task allocation
- Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Coordinate with management and head office on operational requirements
- Support training of new and existing staff members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of local retail experience in Leather Goods, Accessories, or Luxury/Fashion retail
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role
- Strong understanding of store KPIs and retail performance metrics
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to handle and develop a small team
- Experience in sales reporting, staff appraisals, and operational planning
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of store performance
