Promoter that thrives in attracting new customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable to present product, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects. Sales Promoter will be responsible for carrying out operational needs as per Company Policy and Procedure.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least High School Diploma
2. At least 6 months to a year work experience in any related retail sales operations
3. Working knowledge in retail sales operation, health security and safety; basic sales figures and calculations;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, ability to handle challenging store operation issues ability teamwork; preferably bilingual – Arabic and English

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services
2. Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
3. Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs
4. Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
5. Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
6. Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
7. Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
8. Be aggressive in demonstrations to show customers how to use the company’s products and how they can benefit from purchasing them.
9. Handle questions during and after demonstrations to address customer concerns.
10. Create a positive image and lead consumers to use the products.
11. Record transactions and inventory levels.
