Job Description

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES

 

Develop Sales & Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

 

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.

 

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth & monitor industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.

 

Event Marketing:

Organizing or sponsoring events such as conferences, trade shows, or workshops to showcase products or services, network with prospects, and generate leads.

 

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as  product development, and customer service to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and customer needs. Collaborating with influencers or industry experts to promote products or services to their followers and leverage their credibility and influence.

 

 

Content Marketing: Creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage target audiences, establish thought leadership, and drive conversions.

 

Social Media Marketing: Leveraging social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage with followers, and drive website traffic or conversions.

 

Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention, to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

 

Customer Acquisition: Implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the customer base, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking. Represent Orbit Security at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products and services and expand professional networks.

 

Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

 

Product Positioning: Develop and execute product positioning strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of Orbit Security Solutions.

 

Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to maximize ROI.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Total sales revenue: Monitor the overall revenue generated by the section on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Sales growth: Track the percentage increase in sales compared to previous periods to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of leads that successfully convert into paying customers.
  • Marketing ROI (Return on Investment): Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by comparing the revenue generated against the total marketing investment.
  • Customer Feedback and Satisfaction Scores: Gather feedback from customers through surveys, reviews, and direct communication

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably within the security industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
