About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Luggage Section. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, offering product knowledge, and driving sales in our luggage department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right luggage based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various luggage brands, styles, and functionalities.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring products are well-presented.
- Offer personalized recommendations and cross-selling opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new luggage arrivals.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
