Job Purpose:

To drive sales and enhance customer experience by promoting and selling coffee-related products and machines. The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs.

• Provide knowledgeable guidance on coffee products, accessories, and machines.

• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of different coffee machines (e.g., espresso, capsule-based, bean-to-cup).

• Upsell related products such as coffee beans, pods, syrups, grinders, and filters.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.

• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and proper product display at all times.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Participate in in-store tasting events or coffee demonstrations.

• Keep updated with product knowledge, new launches, and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in F&B or electronics.

• Passion for coffee and good knowledge of brewing techniques and coffee types.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with a proactive sales attitude.

• Familiarity with operating coffee machines is a plus.

• Basic computer and POS skills.

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
