DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

At least High School Diploma

Proficiency in Hindi language is must

Valid Qatar driving license.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

 

POSITION PURPOSE:

Driving sales and revenue growth for Nivea products within a designated territory. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the consistent availability of Nivea products on the shelves.

 

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Accountabilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:

 

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

 

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide product training.

 

Product Placement and Visibility:

 

Work closely with retailers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility on shelves and displays.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to recommend adjustments to the product placement strategy.

 

 

 

Promotional Activities:

 

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.

Ensure that promotional materials and displays are effectively utilized to maximize sales impact.

 

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

 

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the territory.

Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed recommendations for improvement.

 

Training and Product Knowledge:

 

Provide product training to Merchandisers, staff, ensuring that they are well-informed about Nivea products and equipped to promote them effectively. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to convey accurate information to customers.

WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:

Work standard hours follow retail operational hours with one day off in a week.  You may work in shifts including weekends and evenings.   You may have to allot work hours to collect sales data and complete sales reports.

You would spend a lot of time on your feet and from time to time may need to lift or carry items of stock.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

Performance appraisals meetings will be held by the Showroom Manager and sales supervisor every six (6) months.  Achievement of annual professional and personal development goals, determined KPIs in above JD and other job requisites during appraisal period and current organizational strategic goals.
