Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand and promote the full range of our products.

• Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display.

• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum High School Diploma; relevant retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
