Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative, clerical tasks and phone call inquiries.  Provides information about the company or products to general public, clients and customers.

Requirements:

  1. Polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude; presentable, good communication skills
  2. Answers the telephone, screens and directs calls.
  3. Assisting customers and visitors for the queries.
  4. Receives and sort mails and deliveries.
  5. Prepares packages and documents for courier manual and online shipments.
  6. Maintains manual and electronic copy of meetings and appointment diary.
  7. Maintains call and visit logs.
  8. Calls customers of different outlets to complete their costumer profile for sales and promotion purposes.
  9. Provides general administrative assistant such as encoding and printing requests.
