JOB Description:

• Technical & Financial Proposals: Studying project specifications and drawings to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and technical compliance statements.
• Product Selection & Support: Selecting suitable lighting products and providing technical data, submittals, and specifications to clients.
• Sales Technical Support: Assisting the sales team by answering technical queries, delivering product presentations, and conducting demonstrations or Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Value Engineering: Analyzing projects to optimize costs and performance without compromising on quality.
• Lighting Design & Calculations: Utilizing software such as DIALux, Relux, or AutoCAD to create lighting layouts and perform lux calculations to meet project standards.
• Market Analysis: Staying updated on new lighting technologies, competitor products, and industry standards.
• Documentation: Preparing technical documentation for project handover and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in the lighting industry, specifically in estimation, design, or sales support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in DIALux/Relux and AutoCAD is essential.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
