Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of current food and beverage operations, including menu offerings, pricing, inventory management, and service standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to implement recommended changes, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in food and beverage management.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu innovation and enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure sustained improvements in food and beverage operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote food and beverage offerings and drive customer engagement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and financial reports.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operations and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with food and beverage management software is a plus.
  • Valid Health Certification in food safety and sanitation as per Qatar Ministry of Health regulations.
