What You’ll Be Doing:

-Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries

-Handle employee relations matters with empathy and fairness

-Conduct exit interviews and support final settlement processes

-Monitor attendance and leave records

-Coordinate with payroll and HR on compensation and benefits matters

-Ensure proper documentation and handling of resignations and terminations

-Promote a positive, supportive work environment
