About the Position
We are looking for Data Encoder to ensure accurate data management across retail operations, with a focus on performance tracking, rewards and loyalty program accuracy, and staff training on internal systems. The role also supports customer communication and store visits to maintain data integrity and operational consistency.
DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Accountabilities:
- Data Management & Encoding
- Accurately encode and maintain retail performance data in relevant databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and confidentiality at all times.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to KPIs, staff performance, and store operations.
- Performance Monitoring & Training
- Assist in tracking and analyzing store and staff performance metrics.
- Train new and existing retail staff on the use of Mazoon (internal system/tool) and ensure ongoing support.
- Provide refresher sessions and assist with troubleshooting user issues.
 Store Visits
- Regularly visit retail locations to ensure accurate data capture and support store-level teams.
- Observe on-ground operations to ensure alignment with performance expectations and system usage.
- Collect feedback from staff to improve processes and training effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate data entry and regular audits for the CMR Rewards and Loyalty Points Program, including tracking points allocation, redemption, and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with store teams to maintain correct application of rewards and loyalty benefits, and generate performance reports for management insights.
- Conduct customer awareness campaigns via SMS, email, and post to communicate program updates, offers, and benefits effectively.
- Assists in distribution of event invitations and magazines
- Follows up on consumer requests and escalate complaints to the management as necessary
- Assists in customer contact centers or reception area when needed
- Coordinates and arranges team monthly meetings and stationary requests

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data encoding or retail operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail data systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to store locations as required.
- Administrative skills, being organized, analytical, and bilingual – Arabic and English
- Practical experience with MS Office Suite
