Job Description


Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and project opportunities aligned with the company’s target demographics and design aesthetics.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various channels, including networking events, industry associations, online platforms, and referrals, to generate leads and establish contact with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their design needs, preferences, and project requirements to offer tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Pitching and Presentation: Develop compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase the company’s design portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients, architects, developers, and other industry partners.


 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field; additional certifications or training in sales and business development are a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of design principles, trends, and materials
