Job Description

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Implement loyalty programs, engage with consumers on social media, and provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate your brand’s message and value proposition

Market Insight:

  • Conduct insightful market research to discover consumer behaviors, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify your target demographic’s preferences, needs, and purchasing behavior. Understand their lifestyle, values, and pain points to tailor your brand messaging and product offerings accordingly.
  • .Utilize a mix of traditional and digital channels to reach your target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.

Collaborative Engagement:

  • Forge cross-functional partnerships to integrate brand initiatives seamlessly across all channels.
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers to optimize product placement, promotions, and merchandising strategies. Work closely with retail partners to ensure your products stand out on shelves and effectively communicate your brand’s value proposition.

Financial Acumen:

  • Manage brand budgets meticulously, optimizing resources and delivering robust performance reports.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and monitor price elasticity which can optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts for FMCG products by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Monitor KPIs rigorously, evaluating campaign effectiveness and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Defining clear and measurable KPIs that align with the brand’s objectives and overall business goals.
  • Analyze & evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and brand activities. This may involve analyzing sales data, market research reports, customer feedback, website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance data.

Partnership Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to amplify brand impact.

Trend Forecasting:

  • Stay ahead of industry shifts, leveraging insights to drive strategic innovation and differentiation.
  • Brand Guardianship: Uphold brand guidelines rigorously, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6-7 years of proven brand management experience within the FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative flair coupled with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
