The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of skin care products, techniques, and trends, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing personalized guidance to customers, promoting our skin care products, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers on skin care products, routines, and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate skin care products based on their skin type, concerns, and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various skin care products to customers.
• Perform skin care consultations to analyze customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable products and routines.
• Stay updated with the latest skin care trends, ingredients, and product launches to offer relevant and accurate information to customers.
• Perform product demonstrations, mini-facials, and other hands-on experiences to engage and educate customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing skin care section, including product displays and testers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and promote a cohesive shopping environment.
• Attend product training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Deep knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and routines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess customers’ skin care needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in skin care or beauty-related fields is a plus.
