Job Description

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and digital advertising.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, sales materials, and presentations for B2B clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients, including retailers, distributors, and educational institutions & daycare centers, to expand the company’s B2B customer base.
  • Assist in generating leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to engage potential clients and introduce them to our products and services.
  • Provide support to the sales team by coordinating sales activities, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads and inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

 Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and requests.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the B2B market segment.
  • Monitor industry news, trade publications, and market reports to stay informed about developments and emerging trends relevant to the company’s B2B business.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Lead Generation: Number of qualified B2B leads generated through marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Sales Pipeline Contribution: Contribution to the B2B sales pipeline in terms of the number of leads generated, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created.
  • Customer Acquisition: Number of new B2B customers acquired through marketing efforts, including signed contracts or agreements.
  • Marketing ROI (Return on Investment): Measure the return on investment for B2B marketing initiatives in terms of revenue generated, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition.
  • Brand Awareness and Visibility: Metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and brand mentions in the B2B market.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles, with a focus on B2B preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for toys, education, and children’s products is a plus.
