About the Position
The B2B Executive – Horeca will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with businesses in the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Business Development
- Client Relationship Management
- Contract Negotiation
- Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Proposal and Contract Follow-Up
- Ongoing Relationship Management
- Reporting and Analysis
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven local experience of 5 – 7 years in B2B sales.
- Previous experience in B2B sales and the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector is essential.
- Established network and strong connections within the hotel industry in Qatar are highly preferred.
- Professional demeanor with fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should possess strong managerial skills and a proven ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
