Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE: 

 To act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • To showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. Also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the process from beginning to the end.
  • To contribute to an increase in sales and maintain company-client relationships at a high standard.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  3. Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assign meetings with media buyers to increase advertising sales with big accounts
  • Prepare an updated presentation based on our CRM to keep track of our existing clients and use it for data proof/ monitoring during meetings
  • Seek opportunities in public & private tenders and participate
  • Communicate with potential companies regarding their yearly events schedules to lock sponsorship
  • Present to our existing clients any updates concerning the product
  • Follow up with clients regarding maintenance issues/ feedback
  • Market research for potential clients / upcoming events /new advertising platforms/ Competition check
  • Secure collaborations with social media influencers/ automotive companies/ restaurants
  • Plan and execute events (Launching new products in the presence of business owners for: retail, banks, corporations, F&B, events etc.)
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to stay up to date of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
