He brings with him over three decades of international experience across the integrated resorts industry, with expertise in hospitality, casino and finance operations. Gemma Allman is a senior executive with more than 25 years of global experience in strategic public and government affairs, known for her ability to navigate complex political landscapes and build high-performing, cross-functional teams. Gemma was appointed Chief Government & Public Affairs Officer of Crown Resorts in September 2024, bringing deep expertise in strategic public policy, integrated advocacy, and reputation management. Jorge is a seasoned executive who has a strong passion for the service industry and elevating the guest experience to drive positive business outcomes. Throughout his career, Ken has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth and delivering elevated guest experiences. His extensive leadership experience also includes roles with Caesars Entertainment and Rush Street Gaming, providing him with deep industry knowledge across various gaming jurisdictions. In this role, he spearheaded the development and execution of business strategies, while also championing people and culture initiatives and enhancing guest experience excellence, while preparing the property for a transformation into a fully integrated resort.
Based in Melbourne, Gemma leads the Group’s Government Relations & Public Affairs department, shaping Crown’s approach to public policy and external relations. Alan McGregor was appointed to the role of Chief Finance and Corporate Services Officer in October 2023 having spent more than three years as Crown Resorts Chief Financial Officer.
