About the Position

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms. The role involves handling product uploads, online merchandising, order coordination, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, content updates, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.

  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Monitor online sales, analyze KPIs, and generate performance reports.

  • Work with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns, SEO, and customer engagement.

  • Support customer service in resolving online order issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) and digital tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
