Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress will provide exceptional service to customers at Arabesque Sweets, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide menus, explaining daily specials or promotions.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.

• Ensure correct presentation and delivery of orders.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

• Assist with setting up and closing the outlet as per standard procedures.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
