Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service by preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards that reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks, etc.) according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and seating area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Assist customers in making beverage and dessert selections, providing knowledge of menu items and promotions.

• Handle POS transactions accurately (cash, card, or digital payments).

• Restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.) as needed.

• Support the wider team with serving sweets and other menu items during busy hours.

• Uphold our’ standards of customer experience, presentation, and service at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a food & beverage role (preferably in coffee shops, cafés, or restaurants).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty drinks is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic math and POS handling skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of barista or café experience preferred.

Working Conditions
