Job description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical works, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to read and execute electrical drawings in compliance with Qatar standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts accurately.
- Carry out electrical wiring, panel installations, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all work is completed according to Qatar regulations and safety standards.
- Assist engineers in project execution and site activities.
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify faults and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician.
- Proven experience working in Qatar.
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
