About the Position

Job Description

Abu Issa Holding is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – ELV Systems to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of ELV solutions with proven sales expertise and local market experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and business development of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, SMATV, PA Systems, and related solutions
  • Preparation of BOQs, technical submittals, compliance documents, and material specifications
  • Participate in site surveys, client meetings, and technical discussions
  • Prepare costing and follow up on quotations, RFQs, and proposals
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely submissions
  • Maintain sales trackers, reports, and basic CRM updates
  • Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Coordinate with suppliers for technical support, pricing, and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with MOI regulations and relevant local standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of ELV sales experience in Qatar
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems and solutions
  • Good understanding of MOI regulations
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or any relevant bachelor’s degree
  • UPDA certification preferred
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
