About the Position
POSITION PURPOSE:
Identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in assigned institutional market channels.
RESONPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Accountabilities:
Customer Satisfaction and Brand Representation

Own and grow the assigned business vertical with full P&L responsibility.

Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities across the assigned region and key accounts.

Lead, coach, and performance-manage Account and Key Account teams to exceed revenue targets.

Drive institutional sales by initiating, leading, and closing high-value business opportunities.

Strengthen and expand relationships with institutional clients, consultants, and sub-advisors.

Maximize revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio expansion.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams to accelerate demand generation and market penetration.

Drive market share growth through optimized assortment, placement, pricing, and promotions.

Ensure delivery of exceptional client engagement and long-term account sustainability.
Retail Strategies
- Monitor of B2B operation functionality (average transaction, conversion rate, units sold, number of transactions, number of aftersales service interventions, percent of clients acquired, percentage of loyalty clients acquired)
- Weekly and monthly reports on the seasons/period activity; competitors report with comments and analysis.
Salesforce Management
- Work with Recruitment Team on screening sales staff, sales supervisors, designers and admin employees
- On-site integration and training of new sales staff
Management and motivation
- Weekly, monthly and annual team meetings
- Delegation of tasks; ensures versatility among sales workforce
- Work schedule
- Showroom implementation of leadership development and on-the-job cross learning
- Follow-up / Evaluation of training requirements (communications / linguistics, sales technologies, products, services etc.…)
- Communicate individual career progress and expectation with retail and AIH development team.
- Conflict resolution
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing with technical or education degree in Retail Management.
- Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment.
- Sound financial, marketing and global retailing acumen.
- Full understanding of Point of Sale (PO) market structure and factors influencing profitability. Knowledge of marketing and sales management techniques and tools
- Strong multicultural awareness; thorough strategic understanding of customers and other value chain loyalty program.
- Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team
- Strong talent building leadership with the capability to manage, engage and inspire people manifested through effective challenging, coaching and feedback .
