About the Position

Job Purpose:

The Visual Merchandiser Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high-quality visual displays across our stores. The role ensures that brand identity, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies are effectively translated into engaging store layouts and window displays, enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines across stores in line with company standards and brand requirements.

  • Plan, design, and install attractive window and in-store displays to highlight key collections, new arrivals, and promotions.

  • Coordinate with buying, marketing, and retail operations teams to align visual presentation with business goals.

  • Monitor store layouts to ensure optimum product placement that enhances customer flow and maximizes sales opportunities.

  • Regularly update mannequins, fixtures, and displays to maintain freshness and seasonal relevance.

  • Conduct store visits to audit and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.

  • Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising principles and upkeep.

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Source and manage display materials, props, and fixtures within the approved budget.

  • Prepare visual merchandising reports, including competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising within luxury fashion, department stores, or retail brands.

  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of luxury aesthetics.

  • Knowledge of visual merchandising software/tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
