Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery (Academy / B2C)
    • Coach youth athletes (ages 6–14) following AI Sports’ curriculum.
    • Maintain player progress records and share feedback when requested.
    • Foster a safe, enjoyable, and challenging environment.
  • Training Delivery (Schools & Partnerships / B2B)
    • Lead sessions at school or partner facilities under AI Sports’ name.
    • Adapt to external schedules, facilities, and program structures.
    • Ensure consistent quality and professionalism when representing AI Sports externally.
  • Parent & Client Relationships
    • Maintain professional, respectful communication with parents and guardians.
    • Uphold AI Sports’ parent-to-coach relationship standards (clear boundaries, timely updates, and positivity).
    • Redirect sensitive issues or escalations to management.
  • Operations & Standards
    • Arrive early to set up, manage equipment, and close down sessions.
    • Take attendance accurately and ensure safe player release.
    • Represent AI Sports’ values in dress code, behavior, and online presence.
