We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate will support brand growth, product positioning, and marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies for fashion products
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports
• Manage and analyze budgets to support brand initiatives
• Maintain and update product and sales data using Excel

Requirements:

• University graduate (Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in the retail sector)
• Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Strong ability in analyzing numbers and interpreting data
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
